Our culture committee promotes and arranges social events that allow our teams to have a bit of fun—annual company breakfasts, family days, rowing races, National Women’s Day events and much more. Our annual bottle rocket competition deserves special mention. What was once an internal teambuilding event is now an annual tech community battle for bragging rights, of which VASTech is still the proud owner.

OUR SELECTION PROCESS is objective and casual, it generally consists of 3 main stages:

PHONE SCREENING

First, our recruitment team will have a brief discussion with you about the position and your motivation for applying.

1ST INTERVIEW

Then we dive deep into your interests and strengths. You will meet our Engineering Manager and learn more about the company and the position. There may be a technical/coding test depending on the position. Remote interviews can be arranged.

2ND INTERVIEW

Finally, we will introduce you to your potential team and team leader. You will discuss the team’s day-to-day activities and challenges, our products and technologies, and iron out remaining questions and uncertainties.
