Duties and responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

• Build, maintain and manage replicated production environments for testing and defect investigation.
• Validate complex software solutions and configurations across multi-tier environments against business and technical requirements.
• Assess software version compatibility and deployment risks for upcoming releases.
• Manage end-to-end release validation and contribute to improving system reliability.
• Improve software supportability by acting as a bridge between Development and Operations teams.
• Analyse complex system dependencies to identify and mitigate change-related risks.
• Map dependencies across complex systems to de-risk by predicting change impact.
• Maintain configuration and version parity between test and production environments.
• Log, track and prioritise software anomalies from discovery to validation.
• Perform root-cause analysis on software defects and production incidents.
